Christmas decor without spoiling Thanksgiving? Done!
I love the glow of Christmas lights and enjoy having the tree up as long as I can, but I also love decorating for Thanksgiving. The compromise? A Thanksgiving tree!
I used felt leaves and felt turkey stickers from the Dollar Tree for the "ornaments." I also added some yellow pom-pom picks. The leaves and turkeys are gone from the Dollar Tree, but I found these similar items on Amazon.*

I topped the Thanksgiving tree with a pilgrim hat that was only $3 at the Target dollar spot.

Complete the Thanksgiving tree look with turkeys, leaves, and pumpkins under the tree—I simply gathered my other Thanksgiving decor and used it without needing to purchase anything new! I used a fall scarf I had on hand for the "tree skirt."

I also tried a more formal look with cornucopias, pine cones, acorns, and metallic pumpkins under the tree. Both options created a fun, festive look for this Thanksgiving tree.
